Studies show that classroom routines are set in the first six hours. After that, any changes feel disruptive. We strongly recommend that when teachers meet their classes or administrators meet with staff, they do so in circle. This sets the tone for collaboration, recognition of shared values, and norm setting. Consistency is crucial to creating a circle-based culture. In this one-day workshop live or two half days online, we will provide you with a variety of ways to turn those first meetings into celebrations of possibility, where each individual is recognized for their gifts, and each group apprehends a common purpose and agreements.

Live workshops run from 9:30 - 4:30 in Pacific Palisades. $200

Online workshop occur on two consecutive Saturdays 9am - 1pm Pacific. $200
